WW1 Childs Hand Made Wooden American Tank
Couldn't load pickup availability
This WW1 Childs Hand Made Wooden Tank was probably made just after WW1.
Tanks had made their first appearance during WW1, and this model was crafted and painted for a lucky child just post WW1 almost certainly by his father on his return from the Great War.
It is in absolutely lovely condition for something that is well over 100 hundred years old, it is made from hard wood, the turret rotates and it has four wheels underneath attached to the fixed 'tracks'. Each track has been fashioned from wood and separately attached with two nails each. It has its flag intact and it wears its original camouflage paint well.
It measures 29cm x 17cm x 18cm.
A truly stunning extremely rare WW1 toy model. Do not miss it.
