Vigo Militaria and Collectables are pleased to offer this vary rare piece of WW2 History. 

This is an original autographed print display by the legendary Luftwaffe Ace Adolf Galland and Erich Hartmann.

Adolf Galland flew through the Battle of Britain, led the famous ‘Abbeville Boys’ Me109s, became commander of all Luftwaffe day and night fighters, was deposed by Goering, reprieved by Hitler, and commanded the famous JG-44 jet fighter wing. 

Galland's total kills was claimed to be 104, most of which were British fighters, 55 Spitfire fighters and 30 Hurricane fighters. He flew a total of 705 missions.

Erich Alfred Hartmann (19 April 1922 – 20 September 1993) was a German fighter pilot during WW2 and the most successful fighter ace in the history of aerial warfare.
He flew 1,404 combat missions and participated in aerial combat on 825 separate occasions. He was credited with shooting down a total of 352 Allied aircraft: 345 Soviet and seven American while serving with the Luftwaffe.
During the course of his career, Hartmann was forced to crash-land his fighter 16 times due either to mechanical failure or damage received from parts of enemy aircraft he had shot down; he was never shot down by direct enemy action

This fantastic piece is guaranteed totally correct and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

The display is complete with relevant artwork, authentic all-metal pilots wings, authentic miniature medals which are exact replicas of those worn by veterans on ceremonial occasions.

All these items including the original signature are treble-mounted in laser-cut museum quality board and are framed.

The completed framed item measures 18 inches x 14 inches.
