Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at vigomilitaria@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will either replace the item (stock permitting) or refund all monies minus shipping charges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Vigo Militaria and Collectables can only sell deactivated weapons, inert ordnance and edged weapons to people who are over 18 years of age. Replicas and Blank Firing Weapons are sold according to the VCR Act.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions when ordering, you are stating that it is legal for you to purchase replicas or blank firers under the terms of the VCR Act. This also applies to any UK law pertaining to deactivated weapons or inert ordnance.
If you are ordering edged weapons, you must email us a copy of your passport or driving licence as proof of age. Any comments or statements you may enter into the customer comments box are taken as a signed statement of fact.
