Bottled Sand from Gold Beach Normandy

We have recently returned from a long trip to Normandy.

While there we picked up three glass containers marked ‘Arromanche’ from a shop in Arromanche and went down to Gold beach below and filled all with sand from in front of part of the Mulberry Harbour. See pictures.
