The iconic WW2 Sten MkV. As used at Arnhem and Operation Varsity, and the invasion of Germany 1945.
Deactivated Sten MK V 9mm Sub Machine Gun. Dated 1945, British stamped, and in very good deactivated condition. It has been refinished at some point.
Deactivated to the latest EU spec, with moving bolt (under spring pressure), trigger, selector and the magazine well rotates, the magazine is removable and also the butt stock is removable. See pictures.
This Sten is a correct WW2 MkV Sten, it has the original WW2 5 digit serial Number, is dated 1945, has the correct brass butt stock plate and has the fore grip removed as many were during WW2.

The Sten MK V entered service in The Spring of 1944. Changes included a wooden pistol grip, a vertical wooden fore grip a wooden stock, and a bayonet mount for a No 4 Lee Enfield bayonet
