WW2 German SS Come Alongs' or 'Nippers' Prisoner Restraints.

These 'Come Alongs or 'Nippers' are WW2 German made wrist restraints.

They were  issued to the infamous SS. They are correctly marked and are in good condition for the period. See pictures.
They would be wrapped around the captured persons wrist and the metal ‘T’ handles would be placed together and then twisted around, the metal chain would dig in to the wrist, making the captured person easy to control, hence the name 'Come Alongs'.
Having tested this theory I can concur that they are very very effective.
