WW2 British Jerry Can dated 1943 from Normandy - Desert Rats.

Here we have a super original British Jerry Can dated 1943 that we picked up from Maisy Battery in Normandy. See final picture for details.

This British Jerry can is in very good condition, it has its correct War Department stamp, it has most of its original paint work and was manufactured by PSC which is one of the rarer makers. It’s latch works as it should and seals tightly when closed. It has a small amount of red paint which could possibly be cleaned off.

This Jerry Can is painted in desert paint and as it was found in Normandy it is possibly from the famous Desert Rats who landed in Normandy during Operation Overload.
