WW2 German King Tiger Armour Piercing Round Dated 1944 - Inert

Here we have a super King Tiger AP round. 
It was recovered from the Kurland pocket in Latvia.

It is in very good solid condition, the brass shell case has been washed and is still showing a lot of brass, on the base it shows the date stamp of 44 and there is the remains of an eagle stamp as well, it has a crack at the top of the case, however the shell still sits very snug in the case - see pictures.

The shell is also in very good condition - see pictures.  

Overall it is in solid condition. King Tiger rounds are fetching in excess of £750 so this one represents excellent value for money.
