Here we have a super ‘barn find’ German M42 helmet (Stahlhelm)
It was found in Norway and is very well presented with great patina. The shell has a small amount of light surface rust, the original liner is very brittle and chinstrap has been added post war. See pictures.
It has batch and number stamps visible. See pictures.
A super original German helmet that was there!
It would look great in any WW2 collection.
