WW2 SOE Pencil with concealed dagger.

This original WW2 SOE Pencil dagger is in excellent condition and the best we have seen. It is complete with its dagger and cord which is often missing, it also is complete with its end lead as well, again which is often missing.
The pencil was made by the Royal Sovereign Pencil company. Founded in 1919, the company was formed as a collaboration between two British pencil manufacturers: The House of Arthur Johnson (est. 1803) and E. Wolff & Son (est. 1796).

Issued to SOE agents the pencil contains a thin dagger that could be used for assassination or defence. See pictures.
